Visual Trove - FAQs

  • Are there other sizes available for the images on your site?

Yes, we can supply prints for all images displayed at sizes ranging from 5”x7” (13 x 18cm) up to 30”x40” (75x100cm).  Please get in touch through the Contact Us tab at the top of the page and let us know what size you are seeking.

  • Do you offer products other than prints \ posters?

Yes, we offer a range of products including business cards and stationery, calendars, photo cards and books, mugs, phone cases, t-shirts, tote bags, and wallpaper.  Please get in touch through the Contact Us tab at the top of the page and let us know what product you are seeking.

  • How soon will I receive my print or other product?

Depending on your location and the product ordered, typically prints and other products are delivered within two weeks of an order placed.

  • Do you have other images not shown on the Visual Trove site? How can I see these images?

Yes, the Visual Trove collection features images from Universal Images Group (www.universalimagesgroup.com), an agency with more than 3 million images covering a range of contemporary and historical subjects.  Please get in touch through the Contact Us tab at the top of the page and let us know what other image subjects you are searching for. We can provide free research and suggest images based on your specifications.

  • Can I use your images in other products, such as on my website or on my blog site?

Yes, all images on the Visual Trove site are available for licensing for a range of applications (websites, blogs, printed books, magazines, exhibition displays, and more).  Please get in touch through the Contact Us tab at the top of the page and let us know how you would like to use the images and we’ll respond with licensing and pricing information.

  • Can I resell Visual Trove prints via my own website or in my store?

Yes, however any resale proposal would first need to be agreed upon with Visual Trove.  Please get in touch through the Contact Us tab at the top of the page and let us know more about your site or store and how we can provide prints for you to sell to your own customers.
